PIlates in the park

Pilates in the Park is a series dedicated to connecting community members with themselves and one another.

These classes will be based on foundational Pilates movements and exercises, focusing on alignment and proper muscle recruitment.

This class is suitable for all levels whether you are new to Pilates or have a current practice.

This class is not suitable for anyone pregnant, or anyone with knee, back, or neck injuries.
